Wahiba Sands was definitely an adventure! We ate (tasted) buried goat- also called /shoo-a/, stayed in dirt floored tents, rode camels (not recommended) and four wheelers through the desert, sledded down sand dunes, and got a car stuck in the sand. Good thing for great friends to share the experience!! We are looking forward to going back with the camel spiders soon!
